Chocolate Bunny Bites


Ingredients

60 g butter
250 ml icing sugar
15 ml cocoa powder
30 ml milk
4 x 50 g packs Safari ´To go´ mixed fruit
125 ml desiccated coconut
125 ml Safari flaked almonds
80 g Safari gems
White chocolate, melted

Method

Melt butter, icing sugar, cocoa powder and milk together in a pot and boil for about 2 minutes.

Chop fruit fine and add, with coconut, almonds and gems. Mix together and spoon onto grease proof paper in a container of about 20 x 20 cm. Set in fridge. Cut bunny shapes and decorate with melted white chocolate.
