Choc Raisin Fudge


Ingredients

340 g dark or milk chocolate chips
250 ml crunchy or smooth peanut butter
150 g marshmallows, coarsely cut (750 ml)
180 ml Safari seedless raisins

Method

Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Fold in marshmallows and raisins and stir until marshmallows are melted.

Spoon into a greased pan of about 18 x 27 cm. Refrigerate and once set, cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.

Makes about 20 squares
