60 ml Safari dried cranberries (or other dried fruit of your choice)
250 ml double cream yogurt
30 ml clear honey
Mix the yoghurt and honey together. Add the cranberries and pour mixture into any small or lolly moulds. (Add wooden sticks if required in general moulds without sticks) Freeze for at least 3 hours.
Use knife to loosen edges slightly, or remove from moulds by dipping into warm water very quickly if necessary.
Substitute cranberries with chopped pears, apricots, guava or other dried fruit of choice.
Dairy free alternatives
Omit honey and substitute the yoghurt with almond or coconut milk.
