No-bake Treats


Breakfast Bars

Makes 12 bars

Ingredients

1 block (250 g) SAFARI dates, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup (60ml) honey
1/4 cup (60ml) peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 packet (100 g) SAFARI almonds, chopped
1 1/2 cups (375ml) BOKOMO oats
1/2 packet (100g) SAFARI Cranberry and Raisin mix

Method

Line a 20cm x 20cm brownie tray with greaseproof paper
In a food processor blend the dates, honey and peanut butter until it becomes a rough paste
Add the almonds and pulse another 2 or 3 times
Spoon the mix into a mixing bowl and add the oats and cranberries and raisins, mix well until everything comes together
Press into the brownie tray and make the surface even
Let it set in the fridge for 2-3 hours, remove from the tray and cut into bars
