- 1/2 cup SAFARI Raw Cashews
- 2 cups Basil Leaves
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Place basil, cashews, parmesan, garlic and lime juice in a food processor.
- Pulse until chopped.
- With motor running, gradually add oil.
- Process until well combined.
- Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
