Ingredients
- 100 g SAFARI Pears, coarsely chopped
- 1 layer vanilla sponge cake, 40 g butter
- 250 (1 cup) icing sugar,
Method
- Crumble the sponge cake in a food processor.
- Beat butter and icing sugar together.
- Add, with the chopped pears to cake crumble.
- Combine and shape into oval balls.
- Decorate with chocolate and SAFARI flaked almonds to make bees.
