4-Ingredient Mango & Almond Clusters

These 4-Ingredient Mango & Almond Clusters are the perfect blend of simplicity and deliciousness. Sweet, chewy mango pieces are paired with crisp roasted almonds and lightly bound together to create a snack that feels both wholesome and indulgent.

Every bite delivers a burst of tropical flavour balanced by rich nuttiness, making them ideal for lunchboxes, afternoon energy boosts, or guilt-free dessert moments. With no complicated steps or long ingredient lists, these clusters come together quickly and offer a naturally satisfying treat the whole family will love.

This dish is prepared with:

  • 1 packet (100g) Safari Dried Mango Strips

  • 1 cup double cream plain yoghurt

  • 320g white chocolate, melted, if dipping
    OR 160g white chocolate, melted, if drizzling

  • ½ packet (50g) Safari Flaked Almonds

  1. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and set aside, ensuring the tray fits in your freezer.

  2. On a chopping board, chop the Safari Dried Mango Strips into small pieces. Add the mango and yoghurt to a mixing bowl and mix until combined.

  3. Using a tablespoon, divide the mixture into 8 portions, ensuring the clusters are spaced apart.

  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until completely solid.

  5. Once frozen, drop the frozen clusters, one at a time, into the melted chocolate and use a fork to lift it out and drain the excess chocolate. Alternatively, drizzle the melted chocolate beautifully over the clusters.

  6. Place the coated clusters on the baking tray and sprinkle with flaked almonds, while the chocolate is still wet.

  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for the perfect meal prepped snack and ENJOY!
